Paramore is an alternative rock band from Franklin, Tennessee. Formed in 2004, the current line-up consists of lead vocalist Hayley Williams, guitarist Taylor York, and drummer Zac Farro. They released their debut album 'All We Know Is Falling' in 2005 and achieved success with their second album 'Riot!' in 2007, which was certified Platinum in the US and Ireland and Gold in Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and the UK. Their third album 'Brand New Eyes' was released in 2009 and reached high chart positions globally. Paramore's self-titled fourth album debuted at No.1 on the Billboard charts in the United States as well as topping charts worldwide.

David Byrne is a Scottish-American singer, songwriter, artist, film and record producer. Born on May 14, 1952 in Dumbarton, Scotland and currently based in New York City. He was married to Adelle Lutz from 1987 to 2004.
Best known as the lead singer of Talking Heads, David Byrne has collaborated with various artists including Brian Eno and X-Press 2. He has also released several solo albums on his own labels Luaka Bop and Todomundo.
With an impressive career spanning multiple disciplines within the music industry, David Byrne continues to captivate audiences worldwide with his unique style and innovative approach to music.

Released to coincide with the highly-anticipated ‘Stop Making Sense’ covers album campaign, the 12” includes an exclusive never-before-heard cover of Paramore’s ‘Hard Times’ by David Byrne. On the flip-side we have Paramore’s much-loved cover of Talking Heads’ ‘Burning Down The House’, released earlier in 2024 to coincide with the announcement of the ‘Stop Making Sense’ album, out later this year on A24 Music. Pressed on natural vinyl, this will not be re- repressed and is sure to be a highly sought after item on Record Store Day for both David Byrne/Talking Heads fans and Paramore fans alike.
