Bureau B is an independent record label, music publisher, and booking agency based in Hamburg, Germany. Founded in 2005 by Gunther Buskies as a sister label to Tapete Records, Bureau B specializes in releasing a diverse range of electronic and avant-garde music. Thomas Dinger was Klaus Dinger's younger brother. He was a member of the legendary Krautrock band La Düsseldorf and also worked on the third NEU! album. In 1982 he released his only solo album, imbued with the spirit of La Düsseldorf, yet more measured and melancholic, redolent of the music of Michael Rother or Wolfgang Riechmann. Thomas Dinger died in 2002. He was just 49 years of age.Tired of quarreling endlessly with his imperious brother Klaus, Thomas quit the production of 'Viva', the second La Düsseldorf album, and promptly set off for the south of France. Frustrated and far away from home, his mind turned to the possibility of a solo album. An album devoted to his own musical ideas, free from domineering voices telling him what to do. Presenting his own vision in the context of a La Düsseldorf LP would have been difficult at the best of times. "I wanted to create something by myself, to make something just FOR ME and nobody else", the third member of the band Hans Lampe recalls him saying - hence the album title 'Für Mich'.
