Eagle Rock is a multimedia production and distribution company that has been operating since 1997. With branches in London, New York, Toronto, Paris, and Hamburg, Eagle Rock has established itself as a leading player in the entertainment industry. Originally incorporated as a Public Limited Company by three former colleagues at [l69119], the company changed its name to Eagle Rock Entertainment Ltd in 2001. Known for acquiring and creating rights to recorded music, video, television, and other visual programming, Eagle Rock releases its own label compact discs and audio cassettes while also licensing these rights for various media.

Under the umbrella of Eagle Rock Entertainment Ltd are three divisions: Audio (including frontline, mid-price, and budget audio activities), Visual (featuring renowned artists such as [l19849] and [l72308]), and Pegasus budget audio and video. Prior to changing its name on December 1st, 2020 to [l2255962], Eagle Rock Entertainment Limited was part of the Bolloré Group registered in France. As an influential player in the market with extensive experience spanning over two decades, Eagle Rock continues to shape the future of multimedia production and distribution.

Originally a group of Los Angeles based studio musicians, Toto had a lengthy career of hits in their own right. Their commercial peak was 1982's TOTO IV, which won several Grammy awards, including Album Of The Year. Toto is best known for their hits "Africa," "Hold The Line", "Rosanna", "Georgy Porgy" (covered by 3D and Eric Benet and sampled by MC Lyte on her track, "Poor Georgie"), and "I Won't Hold You Back" the last of which Roger Sanchez used for his worldwide hit, "Another Chance."
After Steve Lukather decided to leave Toto in order to concentrate on his solo career, the band became officially defunct as of mid-2008. However, they reformed in 2010 allegedly for a short series of concerts only to support their former bassist Mike Porcaro who had been diagnosed with ALS (Lou Gehrig's disease). Despite this setback, the band continues to tour.
In October 2020, Lukather and Joseph Williams announced a renewed lineup and plans for a tour.
