Michael S. Berberian founded Season Of Mist while completing his studies in International Economics Sciences. In addition to being a record label, Season of Mist also acts as a distributor for other metal labels such as *Metal Blade Records*, *Spinefarm Records*, and *Napalm Records* within the French territory.
