The production on this album is state of the art; not a surprise considering the band loves the big sound of Toto, Journey, and Foreigner.

Each of the 13 tracks is crafted with incredible songwriting skill, the album is full of potential hit singles and classic songs for fans of AOR. Titled "clean, crisp, catchy" by the Classic Rock Society, "Freedom Rock" made H.E.A.T a name to look out for within the genre.

In 2010, lead singer Kenny Leckremo and the rest of the band went separate ways, in their own words, "as friends and brothers". They reunited in 2020 and released their highly acclaimed studio album "Force Majeure" in 2022.

In 2023 the original line-up revisited their first two studio albums, "Heat" and "Freedom Rock", raising the excitement and nostalgia for H.E.A.T's roots. With a fully 2023 remixed version of their second studio album, the band delivers their intended vision for the album, presenting all songs in a brand-new running order.
