Description
The earliest and rawest recordings from UK anarcho-punk/crust pioneers Sacrilege. Formed in the mid-1980s, Sacrilege emerged from the British DIY underground with a sound that fused the political urgency of the anarcho scene with the heaviness of Discharge and the creeping darkness that would later define their crossover into thrash and doom. This LP features their 1984 and 1985 demos, capturing the band at their most direct and uncompromising—raging, unpolished, and driven by conviction—as well as a previously unreleased live set recorded at the Ambulance Station squat in London in 1985, a raw document of their power in the chaotic, squat-based scene of the time. Limited remastered edition with poster and printed inner sleeve.
