Thich Nhat Hanh
Thich Nhat Hanh was a Vietnamese Zen Buddhist monk, teacher, scholar, poet and peace activist. Born on October 11, 1926 in Central Vietnam, he dedicated his life to spreading mindfulness and compassion. With over 60 books to his name, Thich Nhat Hanh's wisdom continues to inspire people around the world. His teachings focused on achieving inner peace and harmony with oneself and others. Sadly, he passed away on January 22, 2022 in Central Vietnam.
